Terms of Purchase

Effective January 1, 2023

These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of a Patriot Wall spot from We The People, operated by PMBTEXAS Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

For a one-time payment of $15.00 USD, you receive:

A permanent public profile on the We The People Patriot Wall
Display of your name, photo, and patriot statement
A personal referral link for earning referral commissions

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged $15.00 USD at the time of purchase. This is a one-time charge — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden costs.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because your Patriot Wall profile is created and made public immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you believe there was an error with your transaction, contact us at wethepeople@we-are-we-the-people.online within 7 days.

4. Referral Commissions

Your purchase includes a personal referral link. When another person purchases a Patriot Wall spot through your link, you earn $5.00 (Level 1). When that person's referrals purchase, you earn an additional $5.00 (Level 2). There is no limit on the number of referrals at either level.

Commissions are tracked in our system and paid out via your chosen method (ACH, Cash App, or Cryptocurrency). We reserve the right to establish a minimum payout threshold. Commissions are only earned on completed, non-refunded purchases.

5. Content Standards

By submitting a photo and patriot statement, you confirm that:

You own or have the right to use the photo submitted
Your content does not violate any applicable laws
Your content does not contain hate speech, obscenity, or harassment

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without refund.

6. Permanent Placement

Your Patriot Wall spot is permanent for as long as we-are-we-the-people.online operates. We make no guarantee of perpetual operation but will make reasonable efforts to maintain the site.

7. Limitation of Liability

PMBTEXAS Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase. Our total liability shall not exceed $15.00 USD.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
